  • Swot analysis
  • Micro analysis (inside the brand)
  • Strengths - internal
  • Weaknesses - internal 
  • Opportunity - external 
  • Threats - external 
Don’t do bullet points in report. Write a full sentence for each put into paragraphs to make it more mature. 

PESTLE
Looks at external part of business - Macro analytical environmental framework (something the business has no control over)
  • Political
  • Economic - exchange rates, incomes, what economic factors will affect that brand?
  • Social - demographics, age, sex, consumer demographics
  • Technological - how is technology affecting fashion, digital, less buying in shops more online, are they keeping up to date, influencer marketing
  • Legal - Legal conditions where it’s sold, legally have to label the clothes with what is in it etc and wash instructions, age of models, marketing strategies, what legal conditions need to be considers, animal cruelty, sourcing products in legal way  
  • Eco/ environmental - 2nd largest pollutant, recycling, cradle to cradle, fast fashion, dye, washing, factory pollutant, transporting from different country, packaging, sustainability, environmental factors that will affect the brand, left over clothes burning or fulling landfill to avoid sales.
