Current Consumer Demographic Moodboard

This is my second attempt at the current consumer demographic moodboard, after the first one I wanted to make it more professional. I like the theme of the red that runs through as I think that it ties them all together nicely. The top image is Gucci however I do not think this has been made very clear and I could have put the logo in somewhere to ensure people who are not fashion conscious which brand I am talking about. I have positioned Gucci at the top as I believe they are the biggest threat and the biggest competitor for Dolce & Gabbana, I then have the rest in ascending order as to where I think they sit in the market currently. I like the simplicity of this moodboard as it has lots of white space and its not too complicated.

Layout Design Development

Here are some screen shots I took earlier on in my marketing report development. This useful to look back at and see the improvements I have made, I also think it is useful to keep them incase I didn't like how I had changed it and wanted to go back to how it was. I definitely think in the first spread threre it too much going on and it needs to be made much more simple, I also think that the text needs to be positioned into the middle of the page in the last one. I am happy with the changes I Made to these spreads and it definitely took a long time to figure out how I wanted my report to finally look.

Brand Positioning Maps - Current and Proposed

Current: This brand positioning Map is where I feel the brand currently sits in the market against competitors. This map compare the quality and the price of the brand. I think Dolce and Gabbana has a high quality and a high price. However it is slightly cheaper than Prada and Gucci.  Proposed:  This is where I think my proposed brand D&G will sit against competitors in the market. I think it will be in the same area as competitors such as Moschino and Versus. It will be of a high price and high quality however it will be a lower price point than original Dolce and Gabbana brand.
