good pestle factors have been identified within your report, consider further social factors that are impacting the Dolce and Gabbana brand such as diversity, equality and gender. Any other technological factors that could impact on the brand in this digitally driven age? Again, it is important to not just look at now but critique and justify the views in terms of the evidence from the past and the likely impact in the future of any particular influences. 

Brand market position:
You've provided a some good level of detail through SWOT analysis for the brand including some good statistics on the impact on the brands popularity due to recent controversies in China. It would be beneficial to explain in more detail the overall impact on the brand in relation to changes in consumer behaviour and attitudes for the well informed consumer who is also conscious of ecological and sustainability factors regarding fashion.

Current: This brand positioning Map is where I feel the brand currently sits in the market against competitors. This map compare the quality and the price of the brand. I think Dolce and Gabbana has a high quality and a high price. However it is slightly cheaper than Prada and Gucci.  Proposed:  This is where I think my proposed brand D&G will sit against competitors in the market. I think it will be in the same area as competitors such as Moschino and Versus. It will be of a high price and high quality however it will be a lower price point than original Dolce and Gabbana brand.

Here are some screen shots I took earlier on in my marketing report development. This useful to look back at and see the improvements I have made, I also think it is useful to keep them incase I didn't like how I had changed it and wanted to go back to how it was. I definitely think in the first spread threre it too much going on and it needs to be made much more simple, I also think that the text needs to be positioned into the middle of the page in the last one. I am happy with the changes I Made to these spreads and it definitely took a long time to figure out how I wanted my report to finally look.
